Awesome car man! And a decent price. I'm seeing prices in the 20's on nasioc. People on crack! I saw an 04 for $23k.... STOCK!

The only advice I'd have is to just do the timing belt. It will be easier to sell if people know they don't have to fork over a mechanic cost pretty much immediately. Bump you're asking prices a couple hundred bucks to make up for it.
I know when looking at cars anywhere near 100k the first thing I do is check if the tbelt has been done.

That car has about the right amount of mileage, the car is an 06, was on the lot in late 05, it's a 7 year old car...that's like 16-18k miles a year, not bad IMO
