I am selling my 2006 Aspen White Subaru Impreza STi with ~59,800 miles on the odometer. This car is currently in completely stock form with no modifications whatsoever. It was properly modified with stage 2 for exactly 2,600 miles (exhaust, downpipe, cobb AP), however, everything has been returned to stock. The car has a clean Carfax with zero accidents and 3 owners. The overall body of the car is in great condition with no major dents, scratches, or paint chips. The interior is in excellent condition and retains all stock pieces including radio. The engine is completely stock and in great condition with synthetic oil changed every 3000 miles and all major interval services completed to date. Registration is paid through October.

Subaru of Walnut Creek performed a compression and leakdown test 4,700 miles ago with the following results:
compression - 145psi on all 4 cylinders
leakdown - 3-5% across all 4 cylinders @50psi

I have all documentation of testing for any interested buyer. The car has never been raced since I have owned it and I was told that it has not been raced by prior owners. The overall condition is excellent. The reason for selling is due to the fact that I very rarely drive it and am looking to move to the city in the near future. I am not looking for any trades and am not in a significant hurry to sale. The car is currently financed so all sales will need to happen at a bank. How do you know it's never been raced? It went through 2 owners before you. How many miles were on it when you bought it?
