Considering dumping this again. It has received new rear and front bumpers so the cut outs are gone. I will swap out the suspension with stock shocks with Eibach pro kit on it and most likely 04/05 wrx wheels. I will post up a pic soon.

Probably get an s13/14 and save on insurance until I can buy an 06/07 wrx.
Not my first choice but I'm not saving much with this car.

S13/14 are only like 75-90 to insure right now and I can't imagine them jacking it up, but I can see it with accidents and theft.

I have wheels so would not want them. What's the lowest you will go with cash in hand! Need a not so nice car to rock up to Tahoe. Or I have a trade plush cash if you want a fun and fast dd that gets 35mpg
