Hey guys I'm back and I need to sell my car. I'm either going to basically give it to the dealership for 5k or sell it. Let me know ASAP. Here's the link: 2003 WRX 2nd Owner Clean Title Mods
I will sell it for 7,000. Call or text me at 8313839657 and I live in Monterey.

and heres the link to your first thread https://www.i-club.com/forums/norcal...x-sale-252019/ I highly doubt you will get $5,000 for your car from the dealership as they rather have the car stock. The stealership wanted to give me like $6000-7000 for my 04 STI with lower miles then you. I think you are better off parting the car out if you want to get more money out of it.

Ill give you 4500$ the dealer isn't giving you 5k and if they are they are making up the money on the sale of the brz you say you are buying so you would be coming out ahead.
edit: I'm serious, I will drive down there tomorrow evening and give you cash.

First I will only give the vin to people that are interested in the car. Second yes apparently there was a minor accident with the original owner, but it still has a clean title and there is no sign of any damage from that.

so whats the difference of posting the vin for everyone to see and giving it to people who are interested in the car? If you posted the vin it would be easier for people to check what happened and you might even gain more interest quicker.

Lol... Bunch of leechers.... OP 10k was a bit over board, 7k sounds more realistic, but these guys are still trying to suck out every cent they can lol... Carfax does report a rear end accident however that can range from anything, not a good use to lowball lol, fender bender can be consider an accident as well as a police reported parking lot ding haha... Either way.. 7k is reasonable and good luck to you.. Don't let these leeches try to intimidate you... You are well within MARKET value (not blue book value) considering market values are more realistic, to some people aftermarket parts devalues the car, some people see parts as a plus.. So patience is key..... Mileage is high but a well maintained car in good aesthetic condition will make up for it.. GLWS
Also... Becareful with trade ins.. Dealers usually will give u a a fair or good condition value of your car regardless if u for excellent... But with a trade in, because they are most likely going to double their intitial buy in price.. They may also drop the sticker price on your brz... So even if they give u only $4500 for your wrx but drop an additional 2.5k on the sticker or mark up value on the brz.. You'll still be getting around your intitial asking price... Discuss this with your dealer and see from there... They for sure will not calculate aftermarket parts... I'm sure they'll pay more if it was completely stock as well considering they will lose labor time to revert any illegal or problematic modifications

Clean title is a clean title. Carfax is a joke.
Here's my advice... get as many of the parts off that car as you can. Take the $5000 from the dealership. That's a fat offer. I was at the dealership yesterday and they wouldn't give me that for my car. Cars like yours and mine won't stay on the lot. They take them and send them to the auction. So they're not going to give you all that much for them generally speaking. SC subaru only had 5 used subarus on the lot yesterday. One of them was an STI with like 3000 miles on it. The other a newer impreza. 3 Foresters that sell like crazy and one outback. All newer lower miles cars. They don't touch old cars.
I think for the most part people are trying to be helpful.
I dropped you a line and offered to help you get your stuff off the car if you needed it. That's with or without selling me those seats.
1. Take as much off as possible.
2. Trade car in.
You're not gonna get too much more for it in a straight sell. WITH all your parts on there you'll be doing really well to hit $6-7000k. If the dealership is ready to give you $5000 that's a sold car... no haggling. No B.S. No low ballers. No tire kickers... it's gone. That alone is worth $2000. But if you pull your parts off you should be able to make that $2000 back pretty easily. Or close to it.
Trade it in. And 9 times out of 10 I tell people they're stupid for trading in.

I agree I would like to do that, but the thing is that I don't have a lot of the stock parts for the car like suspension because the previous owner did it and must of sold them. Idk maybe I will just buy some cheap stock parts and swap them. I would still rather sell it to someone as a whole.

I have a rear sway bar and endlinks if you end up needing them. And I have 04 front seats and might have a few other things around here. My stock front sway bar won't work on your car.
Either way. Let me know if you need a hand pulling stuff off.
