Wondering where the heads are man. Sent payment, and you said you were on your way to the post office, but I never got a tracking number and Priority Mail is 2-3 days nationwide. That was last Wed.

No answers to e-mails or PM's. What gives...

Still nothing. I think Paypal should be notified of the situation. I just happened to read over their terms of service. You realize you ARE in violation of their TOS since you requested I pay you as a "gift" to avoid PP fee's right?

So, 2 weeks after you said the heads were supposedly shipped, you have told me they've shipped twice (both lies), failed to give me a tracking number, and have now given me a run-around about having a "friend" deliver the heads to my house but somehow getting the address mixed up and it going to some random house in the next city over, even though the house has neither the same numbers or even similar street address. Despite that, I go over and look thinking there is a glimmer of hope, but nope... nothing there. No answer at the door either.

My only saving grace is the fact I found every bit of information that I would need if I need to take you to civil court to get my money back. That is if Paypal doesn't do it first. If it is indeed your "business partner's" Paypal account which you have been using... I don't think he's going to be very happy with you.

mental note: never buy anything from noobs.....

looks like he came here just to scam you. He probably isnt even in SJ.

If it turns out to be a scam, I hope he gets banned from here quickly. If its some weird misunderstanding, at this point he should deliver them to you himself in person or cut some off the price and then you go pick them up. San Jose to Rocklin isnt THAT far away. Sorry to hear about this one.

Nah, he lives in San Jose... I know that. I did my research to find him. Even talked to him on the phone, ONCE. He then stopped answering (I was blocking my number though). Not sure what his plan is. I'd just take a refund at this point, screw dealing with it. I didn't even pay attention to his rating untill afterwards (usually this is a good honest forum, especially BAIC). He also posted them on RS25.com where he had posted some stuff about the motor that was toast before... but still. I don't know whats going on.

Even if they really were delivered to this other "house".... They're gone now. So he's got $270 of my money and I have no heads, which is a serious problem. Why he didn't just throw em in the mail and ship them I have NO IDEA.

That sounds like a crap deal man, who knows what happened on his end. At least you're going to get the money back.

ok i understand your point there. but you can't say "never".
everyone starts out as noobs so if no one trust anyone then how do we increase our rating's?
should've said don't do transactions that involve shipping with a noobs?
i hate to say it but that's why i don't do shipping.
i rather drive there and see the part in person to see if it looks like it in the pic's they posted or sent to you.(even if it's couple hours away)
but enough of me rambling.
sorry to hear about this and sucks that it happen on here.
wish you luck on getting your money back and hope this scum bag gets what's coming to him.
KARMA anyone?

Received my refund from PP today after the claim. Lesson learned: Don't pay as a gift. You have far more protections and can immediately initiate a claim. That being said also ALWAYS ship using a traceable method. Seems like common sense but I guess there are some out there that still lack it.

Of course it's now gonna cost me more to have the heads that are currently ON the car milled and cleaned than the heads I was supposed to get. AND I don't have a spare set to build up (port/polish/regrind cams).
