I cut out the bottom of the packaging to send in my mail in rebates with 2 new macs.

the new 24" imac and the macbook pro... but my dad bought them for himself, not me. I have the white 24" imac that i'm happy with.

get the macbook pro... especially with education discount... $1799 plus you get a free printer and an ipod nano... jeez...

 

werd. sale ends 9/16. i wonder if itll be cheaper AFTER that date.

 

doubt it. its a backtoschool promotion i believe.

apple doesn't usually reduce prices over the life of a product until they update the model line. the mbp is not "on sale" they are just tossing in a couple things in to sweeten the deal for college students.
