1996 OBS with EJ20G - Best offer

I fired up my car yesterday to let it run and warm up from having been sitting a couple weeks and I hear something that sounds like rod knock. I cant afford to fix it and I need to get it out of the garage. Its been sitting for a few months, only being driven around the block every couple weeks to get the oil flowing and it was driving great up until yesterday.

Anyway, make me an offer on it. I just need the space in the garage and if I have to take the engine apart, I wont have it on the road for at least a year.

1996 Impreza OBS
208,000 miles on chassis
never been in an accident
straight body
STi wagon top spoiler
JDM WRX waist spoiler
JDM roofrails
WRX RA "tiger-stripe" front seats
stripped out interior
no HVAC
AC delete
255lph Walbro fuel pump
Mishimoto radiator (stock fans)
1996 EJ20G DW4NE (STi v2 555 LE)
58,000 miles on the swap, supposedly and I put about 4,000 miles on it since it has been in.
TY752VB3FA Transmission
Stock OBS brakes (newer pads)
cobb 22mm rear sway bar
no front sway bar
megan racing (old style) coilovers
Bakemono rear camber plates
cobb rear strut tower bar
HKS foam intake
replaced cracked coil packs with OEM coils and I have a spare set of USDM WRX coils
power everything, but no keyless entry
mp3 cd head unit
new thermostat
MBC (set to 9psi)
EJ20k metal coolant resevoir
stock td04 turbo
new RPS MAX clutch with less than 2000 miles on it installed at EQ tuning
01 6-spoke RS wheels painted grimmspeed gold
JDM aluminum hood with vents and directional pieces
JDM v1-4 bumper with foglight covers

Thats about everything thats in it. It runs great, pulls strong and has been super reliable after I fixed all the little things.

The good
Straight body
low miles (on swap)
v2 front end
brakes recently done

The bad
rust spot on roof from the USDM roof rails
clunk from the rear suspension
heater box and AC removed
dog chewed up a piece of the dash before I put it back on.
OBD2 to OBD1 swap so not California Legal

The ugly
no interior
matte black paint

With the quick steering rack and no front sway bar, I think its the perfect amount of oversteer.
