Those wheels can possibly be fixed. I am an ex-wheel wright and me and my partner used to fix these all the time.....but you do have to check first if the wheels spokes are bent....it will cost some $$, but it will be cheaper than locating new ones, if they still are produced. Re-fabricating the lips is very safe and looks good, but grinding that channel in the flange is very labor intense...good luck !
