does it come with tires? just fyi i sold 06 sti rims that were in mint condition with 3 really good tires for $400, and even then it was kind of hard to get rid of

They generally go for $350-400 without. $500 tends to be what they go for with good tires. I've never seen a set sell for over $600 even with tires.
