06 WRX Partout: Rotated kit/kit/headers/exhaust/built motor

Hey all, taking the car back to stock to move on from the suby. Got a lot of performance parts coming off the car soon including a built motor with 3500 mis.
Morocco88 rotated kit (intake, uppipe, downpipe, turbo w/all required fittings/oil feed line) - asking 1300 w/turbo - or - 1000 w/out turbo(from nasioc) as seen in this thread FS: (For Sale) Custom Borg Warner ROTATED PIPING KIT - NASIOC
The uppipe/downpipe are heatwrapped currently with DEI titanium wrap. Kit will include a 59/57 billet wheel'd turbo from turbochargers.com, 2.75in rotated intake(coated in black), rotated up, rotated down(2 bolt style from header to mate with stock type manifolds, t3 connection, 3in vband downpipe to turbo connection with a 3 in vband exhaust flange). Has all water/oil fittings as well.

Anarchy Motive Cosmic Blue weighted sti shift **** - 60
Tein SS-P 02-07 WRX/04STI coilovers - 750 obo
TiC pivot/shifter bushing(6speed) - 25 for the set+ shipping
Aeromotive a100 FPR (red) - 100
Hyperflow FMIC setup - 350, currently setup for the rotated kit, but have the stock style pipes as well, similar to turbo XS.

Ebay rep rear/side/front spats - 100
17x9 42 offset Rota Grids (flat black) - No curbs, couple nicks from daily - 600
