just kidding!
These will work with stock 02+ front rotors, just need the H brackets and slider pins.

A Subaru dealer told me that '06 calipers do not fit on previous years due to different brackets and mounts. However, I've never seen any proof to back this up, as I believe these Subaru 4 POTs are the same 4 POTs that we WRX owners should have gotten back in '02.
So, whomever buys it, please lmk if they are a direct bolt on.

they are direct bolt on for wrx's...the fronts i mean, the rears are different and need new backing plates due to different mounting points, if you buy a rear kit they come with the new plates
ive helped with an install of these on a 02 wrx and almost put them on my 05 wrx, but i ended up selling them and buying the brembos, its a very straight forward easy install and is uber direct bolt on, your subaru dealer guy is TRIPPIN

Whoever told you that is "uninformed".

They are a direct bolt on in the front, the rear 2-pots require a different mounting bracket and the dust cover behind the rotor has to be removed and you have to get larger rotors.
BTW, I PM'd this guy and am still waiting for a reply!
