I live in Santa Cruz. No it doesn't. I'm using the BOV on my STi intercooler. Selling the intercooler core and y-pipe as shown in the picture. I'd really like to just get rid of this thing due to it taking up space..

Would be good for someone with some bent fins. Buy this clean it up a little and swap it for yours. Than clean up yours and sell it for what you paid for this.
