I just noticed that you separated the heads from the block. I'm just curious as to who did the leak down test. What were the leakage numbers for each cylinder? Was test done tdc? 4%-20%?

my mechanic did the test for me as i don't know how to do it. He said there was leakage in 3 of the cylinders and could most likely be due to the rust that has accumulated from it sitting for a couple of months. He also said it might be a bent valve but when he split the heads, none of the valves were bent.

Also can you ask your mechanic the leakage numbers/% for the cylinders if he can still remember? Thanks,
