Hp, it's the second one from the bottom (#3024) After jacking up the car a few times it bends and molds to the bottom of the diff making it super low profile... I plan on buying the new one for the R180. http://www.writerguy.com/primitive/skid.htm
I bought the ver7 50/50 6spd for $3500 with rear brakes, R180 diff, drive shaft and axles.
Then got an ACT streetlite flywheel, exedy organic clutch and used rear hubs (silly how lucky I was to find some used locally) for $1300
I did the work myself (not for average garage mechanic). Spent about another400-500 on misc stuff.
I was going to do a rebuild with RA cryo gears and a limited slip front diff for about $4600 after clutch and flywheel ( taking the tranny out an reinstalling it myself).
I'm very glad I went the rout I did.

Not sure... anyone know how much these go for? Average core is around $500. I was thinking $600 for the tranny. I really have no idea whats fair for the rear diff, axles, and hubs.
Anyone have some feedback?

Can you please email me a pic of the diff protector? Or, instead, just tell me how abused it is (dings, scratches)? EDIT: It's the one pictured on this page, right?

Also, what size are the Avon tires?
