They include all of the plug and play harnesses for install. Wagons_Ho leveling harness and interior switch. Ballasts for the Hids and the lights of course!

They are the factory JDM ballasts. ICHIKOH is the only english text on the ballast. This is a complete JDM HID kit. So all items in the kit are from a JDM car other than the harnesses to plug and play into the parent car

I did not have a problem driving them with the RHD pattern and with the internal adjust switch I never got flashed by oncoming traffic either.
