If you buy them from an online vendor you'll have to have the parts shipped to the original issuee's address. Lots of online vendors don't even take them (Subaruparts.com did).

I will allow parts to be shipped to my home address, the buyer can schedule a pick-up upon arrival.

Isn't that the same as spending $150 in parts itself? Or is there some special thing with the subaru bucks where every subaru buck is like $2 worth in parts or something
