Between the intercooler and the manifold, right there when you open the hood.
Note that your STi is "drive-by-wire", there is no throttle cable. The throttle is controlled by an electronic servo motor. As such, if you had any ideas of messing with the throttle body it's best to forget about that and leave it alone.
