upgraded from my del sol...

to my 03 wrx and i couldn't be happier!!!

whats up guys! my names willie, 18 and im loving my wrx haha
ive always been a honda guy until i found a killer deal for this wrx for 8500. (highway miles) i drove it twice in all situations i could to make sure nothing mechanically was wrong with it, that i could notice, and it checked out so we bought it!

my only problem is that now im starting from square one basically trying to figure everything out. honestly i pretty much am in the dark when it comes to subarus.

my ultimate goal is to make +300whp. i now know i have to change the stock turbo

im starting from the beginning with:
Blitz nur spec catback

and thats it performance wise! woo!!

im going to pick up and hks up pipe today. if you guys could let me know what i could use to reach my goal please do!!

thanks a ton

willie

I don't think you'll be able to make 300 WHP on stock turbo, even if you upgraded everything else.

I don't think the cat back alone will get you much. The up pipe will probably help out though.

Welcome to the forum.

VF-34 Turbo, Injectors, Fuel Pump =1,399 + labor cost

Up-pipe, down pipe= 250-400 ish

New Gaskets = 25-37 ish

COBB Accessport w/ tune= 800- 1,000 ish

make sure you keep all your stock parts for when you get pulled over since the blitz is a pretty loud exhaust. Save some money up for any fix it or speeding tickets + labor cost to take off or on.

Search before asking questions and don't street race. . . that is all! GL!

Screw all of that stage talk. God I hate stage this, stage that... You're going to get a tune that is applicable to your mods.
FWIW, 300WHP with stock turbo; forget about it.

I never seen one person get 300whp with mods from
the stock turbo. Is it really possible?
