I'm stationed at scofield barracks and met a guy that was driving one somewhat like mine. I have a 2002 wrx , it has coil overs , strut braces and a pulley that I know of.

im not sure what mods make the best difference on this car yet.

 

rear sway bar is the best bang for the buck and I still have that on my car

Cobb Access port
Coil overs
Anti lift kit
front and rear strut braces
front and rear sway bars
