Bought my Satin White Pearl 2012 WRX 5-door a little over two months ago, and I love it. Upgraded from a 2011 VW GTI, as I found myself needing 4 doors and a little more cargo space.

Even though I'm not really good at it, I enjoy motorsports, and have done various track events on the GTI and two so far on my WRX, Thunderhill and Laguna Seca. Really enjoying the way that the WRX handles as opposed to my old car, and am definitely looking forward to picking up more AWD skills.

Outside of cars I picked up what's most likely the other worst hobby to have - photography. I'm terrible at it but I enjoy doing it, so I think there's a trend here. Other than that I'm like your typical Asian geek, video games, hanging out with buddies, etc.

Was looking at NASIOC, but this site seems so much more lively.

So far, I haven't done too much - Stoptech SS lines, Motul DOT4 brake fluid, Powerslot rotors, Hawk HP+ pads, radiator flush (just water and water wetter now) some tint, and the obligatory Rally Armor mudflaps... but other than that it's more or less stock.

Were you on MKVI/MKV/Vortex? If so I probably met you at the Euro meet along with Todd and Anthony.

 

I was actually on all three - I had the black MkVI, TETSMK6 as the plate.

As for pics.... there were some in the bay area thread, but let's see what else we can scrounge up, ya?
