Make sure you put the carb sticker on your K&N typhoon. I was one of the many that got stopped at Wingstop and happened to get a state ref for a modified intake.

Yea I have been meaning to put it on but havnt gotten to it yet. I may be putting the stocker back on though cause the typhoon gets too hot.

 

Update. The wifey crashed the WRX to the tune of about 9k worth of damage. NOTE dont ever buy my car if I sell it. Anyway they got through the body damage and did a great job then noticed the timing belt was damaged. The engine jumped timing so now we are waiting to see if its just going to be the heads or if it will be the whole engine. The K&N sounded really cool but the AP on stage 2 just didnt want to work right, its currently for sale if anyone is interested. I kinda flaked on getting out to any of the good meets but im going to get my rims tires and lowering done over the winter and bring it out next summer. Still trying to figure out where im going with the engine but i will keep you all posted.

UPDATE... Livermore subaru did the engine work and jacked it all to hell. The car is finally at GST to get either properly rebuilt or for my insurance to cash me out. I would list the errors of livermore subaru which are many and great but will just say. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT LIVERMORE SUBARU EVER!!!!!!!! If I get cashed out I am going over to the dark side and getting an 06 mitsu EVO.
