New Guy from Ojai
Hi all,
Just got my first Subie. A super clean 2005 AW STi. Mostly stock, with springs (Tanabe i think) and sway bars (Whiteline), Apexi Turbo Timer, and LED dome light (hey when it only has 4 mods might as well list it all haha). It's a magical car, to me it is the car equivalent of my 2007 R6. Future plans include: front Perrin and rear Whiteline strut bars, new floor matts, and trade out my mint STi wing/trunk for wingless or maybe WRX trunk (hit me up!). Eventually I'll put a mild sound system in it (i dropped a Pioneer Nav in it already, but nothing else).

Welcome! I lived a lot of my younger years in Ojai, I went to Arneaz Elementary in Oak View and Nordhoff (and also went to Buena in ventura)

haha thanks, i live pretty close to the old Arnaz elementary (in Oak View, off of Oak View Ave. - but nobody except me and you knows where Oak View is so I just put Ojai haha), and my daughter just graduated from nordhoff, go Rangers!...and I've got cousins in Oakland!

Congratulations on your Impreza STI.That's a great car to
own I hope you enjoy it.The Whiteline sway bars and the Kartboy
short throw shifter will make a nice difference definitley.

Code3 - I'm just up the way (next light - Oak View Ave.), but on the other side of the 33. I checked out yur website looks like you have some fun friends. I'm kind of a hermit, hah!
409 - Thanks for the welcome. Enjoy isnt a strong enough word, I will keep this car the rest of my life. I'll post some snaps up soon, I might be getting Soybeans WRX wing this weekend, plus I might get a few other goodies this week...so I'll probably clean her up and take some pics after that.
