Welcome aboard! It took me a long time of looking to get a subie, make sure you get what you want and look at the car extremely thorough. Some people that sell their subies on craigslist run their sh*t into the ground... good luck with the search!

Thanks guys! The welcomes are very much appreciated!

I'm not gonna settle ha i wanna find a 2005-07 aspen white STI. The hawkeye gen. (not sure what the exact years of the hawkeye generation) I would prefer stock but if it has slight mods by a person on the forums that did it right then maybe but first thing im gonna do is a full detail ha, then Mud Flaps, Fogs, and eventually maybe a perrin exhaust system.

I always try to find answers before making a thread ha. Nice to know that its okay to ask ha. other place they mostly said don't make grammar mistakes ( I try not to )

hawkeye is 06 and 07, the tails are chrome on the 07's and a grey on the 06's. I'm not sure of any other differences other than that and having pearl white as a new color in 07

Thanks! i wasnt sure and ive heard a few people say the 05 was a hawkeye and i always questioned it but never found a right answer. So the 07 was the year of the pearl white? This might sound dumb..but the pearl white is the white that almost looks matte but with a shine? I know it sounds redundent ha but im not sure if im thinking of a different white.

Yeah it kind of looks like a matte off-white at some angles

Also the '07 has stock top feed injectors, longer gear ratios, AUX input and are known for blowing up

I like the 06's between the two for a couple reasons. First is the AW color, pistons and oem tuning seem to have less issues, and they don't have an air pump.
