New to the club...

Hey guys my name is Zack and im from Fresno. I drive an 06 wrx wagon. I have had it for just over a year and i like to think that it has come along nicely considering it's on a low budget. When i got it, it had some prodrive springs on it (which are still on it for now) an spt shorty intake, and a prodrive shift ****. Today it has a Turbo xs big tmic, Helix bellmouth DP, SRS blue tip CBE, Kartboy short shifter and bushings, Perrin short ram intake, COBB AP V1, P1 knock offs for now. In the garage i have a VF-43, Walboro 255, COBB Heatshield, and a HKS TT that all will go on next saturday. The car has just over 35k on it and i have to say i never enjoyed or looked forward to driving somewhere until i had my suby. I will be purchasing a lip this month and hopefully i will pick up some springs that will drop the car some more, probably some s-techs or h-techs. I know a couple of people on here including blkwagon who does most of the work on my car. Thanks guys for checking this out i look forward to checking out the site some more.

Welcome, IMO I wouldnt go with the s-techs, I would go with Swifts itll give it a more subtle drop and ride as well.

i have prodive springs on right now which are pretty subtle, i want a bigger drop on it and can't afford coil overs right now.

Yea the swifts will definitly give you more of a drop than the prodrives will, I know what you mean about affording coilovers.

So today i swapped to a vf43 and love it! Just have to get used to the slower spool. But i beat a stage 2 wrx with close to my old set up by like 3 cars i think.

Welcome Aboard Zack!
Enjoy the forums here.
I personally wouldn't go with the s-tech springs either.The
Whiteline springs would be my choice.
