My second WRX in two weeks!

So if any of you were following, i got ripped off on an 02' a few weeks ago, I sold the car back to the owner because it wouldn't smog. I purchased this 2003 with 81k on it, all stock engine. I have an sti exhaust on it, camber adjusters in the rear, and an abs toggle switch.

Here are my plans for it

- Blizzak snow tires
- rally armour mud flaps
- WeatherTec mats
- turbo xs stealth back exhaust
- STI brakes and drilled rotors
- possibly a new/larger intercooler
- block heater for tahoe
- battery warmer for tahoe as well
- factory rack on top ( a lot more aerodynamic than thule or yakima) w/ my snowboard rack
- take off the spoiler and get the trunk lid plugged and painted
- might put in newer sti seats, i believe they come with seat heaters (anyone know about this)
- get an extra set of stock rims and powder coat em gray or black or maybe gold or just leave em so I can have a winter set
- exedy clutch
- short shifter
- sti suspension bushings and aluminum arm
- tint the front windows the littles amount i can get, just so they are slightly tinted but not enough to get me pulled over
- dvd player/nav unit
- Going to have equilibrium do a custom tune to the computer to make everything running smoothly
- might rebuild the tranny in a bit
- custom charcoal filter with fan(under seat) for scrubbing the air of my meds
