Cool Me, Yes Hello

Hey, name is David.

As you can see my Subaru Impreza 2.5 is still an NA Turner car, but not for long. This is my first Subaru, it is an 06,' and I love it. My car is on a lease for another 2 years at which point I will be turbocharging the car but until then - suspension, breaks, wheels, shifter, and oh yes it will be chipped.

Right now I have the tint w/a brow (@20%). Front grille is done w/carbon fiber trim w/de-badged mesh. Tail lights are smoked. Lower front opening has two 4in diameter fog lights, which will eventually be cover by a grille, matching the upper.

Next up is the removing the yellow side markers on the headlights and doing an internal paint/smoke job, maybe even halo rings. Wheels and suspension(adjustable).

Im also and big photographer. I have A LOT of pictures of various things but also my car; some great long exposures.

Well nice to meet all of you.

Welcome to the club. You're going to get a lot of "you should just sell the car and buy a WRX" but you gotta do what you wanna do. I got the same stuff when converting my automatic to a manual.

Welcome to i-Club David!
These guys are correct you mite as well trade your
Impreza 2.5 in on a newer WRX because you will spend
less money in the long run modding a WRX instead.
It's your choose and your money plus you have to live
with it no us enjoy your Subaru.

+1 for holding off on swapping NA motor for FI (only way I would suggest someone going that route would be doing a full WRX or STI swap into a GC and make it worth the headache), however go to town with the suspension/brakes and all the other little goodies that don't have to do with the motor. If you buy a WRX (or STI) you can swap back to stock on this car and throw all you're aftermarket goodies right into the WRX/STI especially if you get one that is the same model year(s).
