Heyyo? newcomer in your local East Bay Area!
Whats up fellas? I migrated from nasioc... feeling kinda left out without a big bay area section on that site.
Hoping to meet with some local subie owners (most of my friends are more into muscle cars) and hopefully gain some knowledge on a more high maintenance vehicle.. (my cars before that were a 1988 Chevy V6 S10 and a 2002 Honda CR-V, both easy as hell to maintain)
Im working with a 2003 WRX wagon right now, just removed a VTA BOV and replaced it with a stock BPV, got the timing belt and waterpump replaced and seafoamed the engine. The only other mod is a catback exhaust with a potato shooter tip. Bought the car in April with 138,000 on it and working on getting it into acceptable shape...
So whats up? Im a friendly cat, is there anyone from El Cerrito/Berkeley area?
