Cool Hey everyone, Scooby Noobie here. :3

Hey all, my name is Andrew, and I am still pretty new to Subaru. I have an all stock 2005 Subaru WRX STi WRB Sedan. Anyways, just thought I'd introduce myself.

Thanks, I mainly joined, not just to meet fellow Subie enthusiasts, but to gain advice about how to mod the car correctly... I'm just mainly worried about doing something wrong and messing it up.

I am no expert on the subject but many engine mod's require tuning to make sure you do not damage your engine. What are you looking to do with the car?

@queeg9k I am interested in making like maybe 60 more horse than stock... I don't know if this is true or not, but I have heard that the stock '05 STI dynos at like only 240 hp to the wheels with about 243-247 tq... If that's the case, I would like to make about 310-320 to the wheels... I mean don't get me wrong, this thing pulls harder than anything I've ever owned...(not that I've ever owned any high performing cars before this) but anyways, I just want to know that I won't mess anything up because of my lack of knowledge on the subject of tuning. But, I'm sure soon enough I'll become more acquainted with my Subie. @04caliwrx, my camera's shutter is messed up I believe, whenever I snap a picture, it always comes out black, and there is no shutter sound like there normally was. (and yea, i know, I DID check for a lens cap, and there isn't one) so just look up a stock 2005 STi with the Gold BBS wheels in World Rally Blue. That's what mine looks like... Again, sorry, I will be working on getting a Canon SLR camera of some sort, and once I DO get it, I will take some pics. Again, thanks guys!!! I'm really enjoying the site so far.

ATM, the STi has 30k miles... Would going Cobb stage 1 be the first step in tuning it?
