Defi racer oil pressure install

So I got an adapter for my oil pressure sender. Hooked everything up. Wired it to the gauge etc. So when I start my car. The oil pressure is at 100psi. That's not right. Haha. I went through the oil galley plug under the intercooler, mind you. So now I'm just confused. And annoyed. If you have any ideas and/suggestions, it would be much appreciated.

I have read that that isn't the most accurate galley plug to tap. I guess the best reading comes from where the dummy light is. But idk if I should take that out.

Why did you go galley plug over oil filter sandwich adapter? Just curious.
The sandwich adapter is supposed to be much easier to install...

I figured it out. My buddy has his in the same spot and it reads a little higher than a sandwich adapter or the oil galley plug under the alternator. The sandwich is like $50 haha

I run both, the aftermarket pressure switch AND the OEM switch as a failsafe. i bought $3 grease gun hose, a "T" adapter and teflon tape. $20 job and i still retain my factory pressure switch in the existing plug
