You can do lots, how much $$$ you got?

I have a full 3 inch exhaust ( catless) + Cobb engine management. Definitely brings the car to life.

you can tune a 4EAT, but it'll still lack some kick

I have a tuned 4EAT and Ed from EQ estimates it at 215whp/215wtq on 91, I also have a 100 octane map. I'd definitely hit up Ed (www.EQTuning.com)

oh, and if your car does this annoying surge thing (goes up 500 rpm's, pauses, goes up 500, pauses) when you are at 50% throttle or WOT, then tuning will definitely get rid of that. The Cobb map didn't help as much as the protune did though (still slightly present with Cobb map, 100% gone with a ProTune)

I'd skip the CAI. Pulleys are ok depending on which ones (lightened are ok, underdrive are not) look at a catless up-pipe and a catless or high-flow catted downpipe as well as a cat-back exhaust. That'll put you at stage 2 and you can then get a protune with the AccessPort. If you want to do an intake (although minimal gains have been seen) go with the K&N typhoon or the SPT intake with the heatshield. Although, please be aware that no aftermarket (including the SPT one) can be used with the Cobb OTS maps ("off the shelf" downloadable generic maps) so if you do get an intake, you'll have to put it on when you get tuned
