2002 wrx wagon

Have a 2002 wrx wagon with 141000 miles but 14k on new engine and was told to try the sea foam in my car? Don't know if I should with that many miles in the new engine any thoughts on what I should do??

is there any reason you need to clean the engine internally? I have used seafoam once on a older $1k car and it helped it with smog, but the engine should be fine and not needing it. I've heard bad stories with seafoam also. So I'd stay away unless its absolutely necessary

Ya I would not use sea foam in my car unless my mechanic told me to and I dont think he ever would.

If you wanna sea and foam your car out sure why not use it. But wouldn't dumping it in the ocean do the same effect? Maybe so.
