Talking Yet another AutoX winner in our midst

me!

Today I sealed the deal and took Class I in Boston BMWCCA.
I guess I get a trophy at the awards dinner in a couple weeks.

Now I need to practice more and go for a REAL (scca) title...
Either way, I will take the win and smile

yeah very laggy lol. It actually feels less laggy than stock. I am NEVER waiting for boost on the course. And yes one adjustment becasue of the clutch. If you were to hand me a big budget and say "build a WRX autoX monster", the first thing I would do would be find a good deal on a VF22.
I launch like a madman. I got several compliments on my 4 wheels of smoke launch on my one run. It was a plesent change smelling burnt rubber off the line instead of clutch. (no, I didnt DROP it, I used the V6turboTA launch method)

I was also less than 1 sec behind a VERY nasty looking black Porsche (the sick one from those pics) I am gonna try to con the guy into letting me take it for a run next year

V6 launch= rev it hard, let clutch up till it JUST catches, then release it FAST(but not dmup) Thats how he explained it to me, and it seems to work well.
