Everyone when they buy their WRX got a free membership to the SCCA. How many of you have renewed your membership?

Please take a few moments to explain why you did or did not renew. What would get you to renew?

Just curious as many regions are starting to see membership decrease after the large influx of 'new members' into the SCCA due to this promotion... As a non-profit organization that is run on membership, this is a question that's starting to be passed around.

I renewed, mainly because I like the magazine. I also keep telling myself that I'll start rallying (need membership to get license), but deep down I know better.

 

I bought another Subaru to renew my subscription.

 

around $78 for membership and you still have to pay on that day of the event additional $35 dollars.

it's hella $$$$$
