While Standing along side the Highway talking to a business client I was almost run over by a NERD driving a Blue WRX at 11am Sunday April 25th on the offramp of Interstate 81 Exit # 107. If I had my Subaru you'd be toast. By the way that was a stop sign you blew through and I got your License Plate. What are you gonna do now sucker?

Getting his plate was all that I needed I have a few friends in Law Enforcement and a next door neighbor who is a State Trooper. Life is always nicer if I remember to drive the speed limit where I live and always near his house.
As For V8 Ha Ha, I hope we never meet somewhere on the open roads, I am still angry at the NERD as he interupted my train of thought just enough.
What do you think I should do with his Plate number, report it? Hold it in my head for later?

Pedestrians do not have automatic rights to everything... sure drivers have to watch out for pedestrians, but ifyou're not in a crosswalk, you're fair game.

Business is in development trying to figure out an access point for Truck traffic, by standing on the Bridge over the Interstate full view of the landscape is visible. Therefore the best place to stand is along side the highway, Observaton and explanation at the same time with a visible understanding is neccessary sometimes. I hope this explains why I was there doing my job when interuption from The NERD irked me.

3 feet off the highway...
How did you get there? Did you park your cars someplace safe and walk to there, or were the cars parked behind you on the highway?
Besides, how are we supposed to take your word for it if you're not even educated enough to realize that... PA is not a part of New England?
If you were mistaken about posting in here, you could just as well be mistaken about the whole situation.

How were you almost run over when you were 5 ft from the white line? Almost run over would mean inches...maybe a foot, max. So, your saying he drove off the road almost into the grass at you???
