free parking is at your local T stations garage. take the T to kenmore square. any parking around the fenway area will run you upwards of $25, closer to $30-$35.
scalpers prices vary depending on who they are playing, night or day game, weekday or weekend game, how much time until the game starts (if you don't mind missing the first inning or so, they are cheaper).
3 or 4 in a row from a scalper is quite common but not as much so than say, two in a row.
tickets are way too expensive in my opinion and go up every year. check ebay, you can usually get tickets there for cheap money unless the sox are playing the yankees or any good national league team in interleague play such as the astros, cubs, braves, etc.
opening day.....i'm working on it right now.

Good tip
The T to Kenmore Square
Thanks!
I live in Maine and have no idea where the T is but I can figure that out. I've only been to one Major League ball game, in Detroit vs. someothersucky team many decades ago, but I'd like my boys to see the Bo-Sox before they get crappy again.
Can I get there from Alewifes? Alwives? Alewives? speeling? I know where that is.

Alewife red line inbound to park street. at park street, get off red line and get on green line and take green line to kenmore square. very easy. word to the wise, green line is always packed so you might have to stand but it is a quick trip.
