OK, I just ordered a new STi catless uppipe from Rallispec.com and am going to be getting it installed. I would like to do it myself, but unfortunaly I don't have the tools or facilities to do it. So, with money to burn
I was looking for recomendations for places to get it installed in the Portland/Brunswick area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time.

I am going to give thema call this week. I also called a place called New England Auto Design. There is a place in Brunswick called Palmer Motor Sports. I was looking for recommenations. They guy I first talked was in Brunswick, but he hasn't installed an uppipe before. I don't want to be the blind leading the blind.
Thanks Again.

N.E.A.D. just sells stuff I believe. They are rearly open to. I was over there last week and noticed their hours are 11-5. All I wanted was a boost guage. Everytime I drive by there they are closed.
Another option to consider is Exeter subaru in NH. Its about an hour from Portland. If you get an appointment there show-up extra early so your exhaust has time to cool off. They are www.subaruwrxparts.com I know they install everything.
CMPerformance has that wicked Viper project ongoing. Thats going to be a terror

NEAD does do some amount of installs i believe. they have a garage anyway. they also have a much larger shop in NH. but yeah, they can be hard to catch sometime. i think they may be open till 7 during the week now. i don't really know any shops in portland. i have done an uppipe install at the shop i work in. was working f/t then, only couple days a week now. it really wasn't that hard. having taken a legacy turbo apart before, i had the general idea. its Warren Auto Barn, in warren (duh). about 1.25 hours from portland. 273-2300. just another suggestion.

Alright, I got the uppipe from Rallispec yesterday. It looks great! The interior of the pipe is very smooth and I can't wait to get it installed. Whis should happen relatively soon, within the next week or so. I'll have a few pics of the pipe before it goes in if anyone want me to e-mail them.
I have contacted CMPerformance about the install and they said that they can do it for about $60/hr and that the job should take somewhere between 1-3hrs. Is this realistic?
Thanks,

yeah, sounds pretty good. i installed a vishnu stage 0 kit in a little under 3 hours (plugs, which are a PIA, underdrive pulley and belts, uppipe, and road test. he was installing the piggy back and mbc.) i did have a hand or two for a couple things. uppipe could easily be done in 1.5 hours or so.
