For me it's just a priorities thing. I'm tired of paying rent, so I want out of my current living situation. I've been trying to save for a townhouse for a long time. Since I commute to work via MBTA and the car sits in the garage all week I really don't need it. Up for sale it goes.
The car cost me ~$500/month with insurance. W/o that cost each month, I'll be moving much sooner.

I see your point. Your own pad is very important.
I'd buy your car if I weren't trying to save money myself, I know its been babied.
Did I mention chicks dig wagons? It true, teeny-bopper girls were hitting on me at a light while my wife was with me! Why did I get struck by my wife? I don't understand.
