I posted about this a while ago but decided to keep it and finish building it.
I have since finished building the car and have now decided to sell it.
This is ALL NEW. I have never driven the car or put any gas in it. The car is COMPLETE with servos, radio (receiver+controller), battery, etc. All charged and currently working. The car needs only gas and carb. + steering adjustments done.
The car is a 1/10 scale HPI R40 AWD. This is the same model that won the 2003 and 2004 R.O.A.R. National Championship. The engine is the first model from Mugen Seiki/Nova Rossi (.12) with estimated output of about 1.15 hp, revs up to 32,000 rpm and has a K&N filter. The exhaust pipe is from RD Logics, it is an outlaw pipe so it is not legal for competitions and has a 7mm 'stinger'. It has a 2-speed transmission with a centerforce type clutch. Single disc brake. The receiver is the newest Ultra-Light from Novak with a 85fm crystal. The servos are Hitec high-torque. The controller is an older model (2002ish) from JR Racing with LCD moniter for batt. life, steering/throttle adjust. The single controller will work with 2 different model with the push of a button.
The body is a 2004 Porsche GT3 painted CUSCOesque black with silver and red tear down the side. I have drilled a hole for the glow plug igniter but the windows have not been cut.
Asking $650.00 obo (sigh)
