For sale: 2 older laptops

$150 - IBM Thinkpad 770E - Pentium II 266 w/MMX 96MB ram DVD, will probably have no OS but I'll toss in a blank 10GB HD (stock is 4GB) if you want you can out anything, I could even install Mandriva Free Linux 2006 edition which would work faster than XP. I can't find my Win98 disc but I do have some of the original install CDs for IBM, I'll look for any other accessories. Battery is dead, no warentee there, you can pick up new one on ebay for cheap.

$500 - Fujitsu Lifebook P2110 - Transmeta Crusoe TM5800 Processor 867Mhz, 256MB of ram (says 240MB because 16MB goes to transmorphing code to run Intel instruction set), wireless, and built in 56k/ 10/100BaseT NIC, 30GB HD with original Win XP Pro fresh install, if you like I can run it with SP2 for an even fresher install (using the existing CD Key so its not a ripoff I have the serial number on the bottom of the laptop!), if you would like I can install all the latest video codecs and stuff. on the downside internal speakers don't work, headphone jack got jacked up and doesn't output sound except for the rear speaker-out. if you can find a replacement board to plug in the front (just take it apart and plug it in) the headphone jack and sound should be awesome... creative labs has a PCMCIA and USB sound card that could suit your needs too, otherwise a great laptop for note taking and general work. (I just don't have time to be tinkering with them anymore)

**edit - the fujitsu's battery lasts 5+ hours, i'll find the stock battery but i have the high capacity battery with it right now, i am also the original owner of both of these notebooks

If nobody wants these I'll have them on ebay within a week, I'm selling these older laptops because I need one I can do more intensive graphics work (3D design) and to update a little. I recently upgraded my desktop to ATI x1600xt 256mb and P4 630 with 64bit support and 1GB of ram and its a world of difference, just needing some mobile power to keep up especially with school and work.
