CA: FS: Ludwig & Lyra Vintage Drums
Well a year ago I bought a set of vintage drums to restore but after modding the car I dont have extra money left that I want to part with, and after moving I dont have enough room for a second set. So I'm selling these ones. The Ludwigs have a sticker on the inside with a hand printed model number, and the manufacturing date printed on (56717....5-17-67). I have no opened up the Lyra drums yet, but they are around the same age.
Ludwig tom sizes: (Dia x Height)
13x9
14x10
15x12
16x14
The ludwigs do not have bottom heads, nor have they ever, so there are no lugs on the bottom side to mount a rim and head. They all have the mounting component but it is very old and simple, and I do not have the stands for them.
Lyra sizes:
16x14 Floor tom (has legs)
22x14 Bass drum (also has legs)
None of the heads on any of the drums are dented or really used, but they are oooooold.
Before I forget to mention it, the Ludwigs are pearl white and the Lyras are sparlke red. The shells all seem to be in good condition, but the finish has seen better decades in its almost 50 years. Pictures are available upon request. I prefer local pick up, but I will ship if the buyer arranges all the shipping stuff. I can drive up to the bay area or down to San Louis Obispo area for the price of In n' Out.
Looking for $450 for all 6 drums or $350 for the Ludwigs and $150 for the Lyras (prices flexible for i-clubbers/NASIOCers).
