Umm... Normally, I'd agree with you on this one, Drover, but this guy appears to be listed as one of the "official" i-Club vendors. I feel that if they're paying money to advertise on the website, they should not have to be restricted to only the Vendor forum. Personally, I never go to the Vendor forum, so it would make sense for the people paying for advertising to advertise in the forums most people frequent.
