strats in franklin park

i heard that on wednesday nights, the nicest cars also go to strats in franklin park. i believe that is the place, but i haven't been there. i heard that even the cops check out the rides. don't quote me on that. any other cool places people meet up? i think there is an alley or something over there where people race, but i'm not sure.

I have not heard anything about that. Where/what is strats?
