Try discount tire. They sell eibach's, and almost 100 percent sure they install them too. Also, probrably costs more, but you might want to try a mod friendly subaru dealer. Lynwood motors is all I know of.

Car Boutique in Schaumburg charged me like $60 per spring on my Rx-8...which is average I think.
