Sounds like a good spot, but how close is that to Davenport? I say that we meet Wednesdays each week or biweekly. Let me know what you guys think.

I have no idea where Davenport is, sorry TVA, but we can do this any dates that will work out for the most of us. Subaruski42o, I will only have my rex down here for one more week or so, but I will have a 240sx for the rest of the year, so it really does not matter what cars meet.

 

I live in Normal, Illinois. So you are meeting at the new mall in Peoria?

We have meets sometimes in Bloomington. I think there is one coming up on the 16th, but I don't know where they are meeting. I can check.

EDIT: The cruse is tomorrow night in Bloomington starting at 6:00PM. It is at McDonalds on Oakland Avenue if anybody here is interested in seeing some cars. I know for sure there will be a couple of very modified STis, a very modified Honda S2000, and a modified 240/Silvia conversion. Unfortunately, I have to attend a wedding so I cannot attend.

 

Let me know the next meet you guys plan. I would love to stop by.

I live in Bloomington, I got my wrx 5 weeks ago. When are you guys going to get together.

 

I have a feeling that this isn't going to happen until someone just thows out a date and we stick to it. We'll just have to wait for it to snowball. I say Wednesday's at 9 PM where ever you Peoria people choose.

I'm from peoria but currently stationed in hawaii. i only came back home once for two weeks since i bought my subie and never got a feel for how the subie scene is there. i've just been wandering what it's like? i know it's a long time but i only have 568 days till i come back home for good and then if you don't mind i'd like to come to your meets.

 

Thats awesome. I was born in Hawaii, on Oahu where you obviously are. You know where Kapi'olani Hospital is? Thats my birthplace. What kinda Suby do you drive?

Still planning on getting together? The last time we had a "Meet" we only had a bout 10 cars and I think only about 4 of them were subarus. Then last weekend we tried getting some people from www.centralillinoisimports.org to get together and since the server was down people did not know what to do. SO only about 5 cars showed, however 3 of them were subarus.

We should also plan for a track day at Cordova next spring once they open again. Then the guys from Rockford and the QC can meet up.

If you are from peoria or drive through peoria and you see a Silver Wagon with Bronze rims, please wave or something. Nothing like leaving a brother haning.
