Help Please!~ Emission Problem!~

hi there, i live in chicago, i have a 2000 RS with a JDM wrx motor swap. and now i need to go to emissions and i fail. and now i duno what to do to make my car past. do you guys know any ways that i can do? please please help! thanks~

the illegal way would be to title it and liscence it in indiana cause we dont have emissions here. but if you have an exhaust with a free flow cat you may wanna change that but that would be the only thing i can think of

i will talk to my frined tonight and get back to you i told him that i wouldnt be able to pass emissions cause there obd1 and stuff and he told me dont worry hell find a way around ill find out for you.
