Directly South of "C-Bus"
Here's a stretch. Anyone from Portsmouth...aka "P-Town", or better yet, has anyone even heard of or been to P-town?
1.5 hrs directly south of Columbus....right SMACK on the river.
We may be a podunk town, but down here in the river valley, we have some killer curvies.

sflint you are right there are some killer curves in that area. I used to drive through there on my way to NC from cincy.
Also you cincy guys should check out the cruise ins at old surf cincinnati. (Especially if there is no rain.) Last thursday I went and there were a descent number of nice rides.

Well do you want the long story?? Of course you do!
I went into the dealer Monday night after seeing an '03 advertised for $21999 with 560 miles....I thought is was too good to be true. It turns out it was the managers demo WRX. He was already gone for the day and the only WRX left was a virgin '03 Sliver with 39 miles! So when I tell the sales guy I wanna drive the $21999 car he tells me it's gone, but he'll sell me the silver one for the same price (plus the $395 for the spoiler that it had on it already - which the demo didn't)...
So to make a long story longer....the sticker was $25,700 and I paid $23,800 with tax and title!!!
I couldn't pass it up!!
Now I've gotta decide what kinda boost gauge to add!?
Any suggestions?

DAYTON, OH 2002 WRX Owner (black sedan)
Hey all you WRX fans, I just bought a semi-used black WRX sedan from a guy up in Chicago and broght it back here to Fairborn, OH where I live. I bought it with 4850 miles on it for ONLY $21,500!! IT was an incredible steal, came with the STI Titanium Shift ****, Injen Cold Air Kit, HID Blue Headlamps (not fogs - going to replace those as well very soon).
Pays to search the internet, I had a blast driving the 6 hours back home to OH with the WRX. Would definately do again, the car is still under warranty, and came with some wonderful mods! Hope to hear from other Dayton, OH WRX owners!

Hello, all
I'm living in Columbus and working in Dublin. I just joined this board today; I saw it mentioned in the Outback list on yahoogroups.
I drive a Spruce Pearl 1998 OB (when I'm not driving my ratty 88 Escort). The car is named Gojira, aka Godzilla, aka The Lizard. I've been wondering if any local Subaru owners were organized, so I was happy to find this thread.
So, let me see if I can figure out how to put an image in this message...
(If that worked) This shot is from my recent trip to Florida, driving on Vilano Beach outside St. Augustine. It was great!
