As some of you guys know I took my STI to Jack Miller in Olathe to get my fifth gear synchronizer repaired. It has been a month and no repairs have been made.
And guess what ((The Best Part))
While in the care of the dealership my car got broken into and all my goods were stolen, almost 5k in damages and goods combined. And now they are trying to make me claim it on my own insurance, which is complete BS. My family has spent almost 200K with this dealership, and they are still unwilling to compensate me for their mistake. It proves that consumer loyalty means nothing to these people.

Now Jack Miller is saying that they have found nothing wrong with my synchronizer, and they refuse to fix it. (AFTER A FUC*ING MONTH OF HAVING MY CAR) They say they drove it under normal conditions and couldn’t find a problem. They refuse to take the car past the speed limit and downshift it from fourth to fifth in higher RPM’s where the problem persist.

Going on week six and still no resolution, or repairs made. I decided to pull my vehicle from the lot and take legal action.

Holy ish man. Please write a letter to subaru of america or try to get in contact with them about this. Maybe they can help you out a bit and at least possibly straighten some things out at the dealership.
