Due to the rain out on May 23rd the rescheduled date is August 14th. This is a fully open Test & Tune day so no other events going on except us and any other individuals that come for some runs. Just like the last 2 events they will let the Subaru group run together, but you may also bring friends with other makes and models.

Who: Midwest Subaru owners (or anyone else the track is open to everyone that day)
What: 3rd Annual Midwest Subaru Shootout
Where: Byron Dragway Located in Byron, IL
When: August 13th 10am-6pm
Why: because its fun
How much: $25 to race, $10 for spectating, kids under age 12 free

Byron will provide the following trophies:
Fastest Subaru 2.0L and under class (WRX class)
Fastest Subaru 2.1L and over class (STi class)
Fastest N/A Subaru (RS class)
Fastest non-Impreza Subaru (Forester XT/Subaru Baja class)
Best of Show (All)

I need to confirm with GRD if they are still willing to honor their sponsorship from the original event ($300 Gift Cert for fastest Subaru, and $150 Gift Cert for 2nd fastest Subaru)
