Angry Subaruxtras.com sucks

i ordered a borla hush exhaust from these guys on April 7th.

Shipping was quick- they didn't give me a tracking number though they had one until i emailed for one.

They sent me the wrong exhaust!!!!! Took my exhaust off, had my car ready to install, i opened the box and WTF? this isn't a hush. this isn't even close- single tip, no flange, wrong intermediate pipe.

So i email about this problem and it takes 3 days to get back to me. I get an email saying that they'll look into it. I didn't get a response in 2 days so i emailed finally and they tell me that they'll send me a new one with a return label in it.

about 2 weeks later, i get a return label in the mail- with no exhaust. so i email again, "where the hell is my exhaust"? its been several days with no reply.

I sent the wrong exhaust back, and I haven't heard anything from these fools. They haven't responded to my emails. They just plain suck.

I ordered on April 7th. It is now April 28th and I have no exhaust. I don't even have an apology. Hell, i can't even get them to write me back. A few more days and i'm going to refute the charge through my credit card company.

NEVER AGAIN will I buy from these A-holes. I've never had such horrible customer service in my life. Honestly, this is worse than trying to deal with Comcast.

Same here. I have been trying to get rear camber bolts from them for two weeks. I ordered them and they took the money off my CC. Three days later the money was back on. I emailed them and they answered with" Your item was back ordered, it will ship tomarrow" that was three days ago. Today i got a letter from them"invoice" saying i owed the the money for the parts. I have not recieved them yet. I am going to call the tomarrow and see what's up. I 'll let you know what they say. Has anyone else had trouble with them? AHHHHHHHHHHH!

fookin pissed. ya, that'd be me.

i live in an apt complex where i have to walk up about 150 steps to get from my car to my apt. so, i've been driving around with a hydraulic jack, jackstands and tools in the back of my wagon for close to a friggin month now- i've been expecting to get the damn thing for that long.

maybe one day, i'll finally get my exhaust, install it and carry my jack back up those stairs. one day...

Holy cow, I've bought a boat load of stuff from these guys., including a Prodrive axle back. I've made atleast 5 orders through them, with no real problems.

I don't know, but since they changed their web site, I can't find alot of the things that I used to look at.

Anyways, call the 1-800 number on their web site and ask for a guy named "Mike", he is pretty good at making things right or answering questions. If this don't work, ask to talk to the manager of the Dealership, Belknap Subaru.

But I have never nothing but good response from them. I have never had the experience like the one you are having, that sucks.
