Sti and Porsche sounds?
Hey guys whats up?
I just picked up a Black STI on friday, I got a GREAT deal on it! A tad over 26k with only 7,000 miles on it! Adult owned...anywho, I bought an HKS carbon/ti exhaust w/ downpipe a few weeks ago (yes yes I know its stupid to buy parts for a car you don't even have) but I put it in today and wow it pulls like a rocketship now! Not only that I think it gives it sort of a porsche sound, anyone else feel the same way?

yeah, it's a boxer engine. Comes from unequal length headers. I work in the frederick area, maybe I'll see you around. My car sounds like a rally car, I have a regular wrx with V2 manifold, uppipe, downpipe, and hks exhaust. I don't know why but I like the way 2.0 litre wrx sounds better then the deeper raspier STI. Mad props on the buy.
